REGISTRATION

Registration for a conference becomes effective upon receipt by MEETINCS of the registration form (whether in electronic or paper format). The registered participant therefore undertakes to pay the conference registration fee as indicated on the invitation or registration form.

PAYMENT

Participation in a conference is subject to a fee (see the rate for the chosen conference title). Payment of the registration fee must be made prior to the conference to one of the organizer's bank accounts, details of which are included in the invoice sent by e-mail to the participant or to the person or entity indicated on the registration form sent. If a PO number is required for registration, it must be provided to us latest at the time of registration.

CANCELLATION / REPLACEMENT

Cancellation of the registration sent by e-mail to MEETINCS, max.5 working days before the conference day is subject to an administrative fee of € 100.00 excl. VAT. After this period the total amount remains due. Nevertheless, replacement by another delegate from the same entity is possible, free of charge, after prior notification to the organizer. Any discounts granted will be adapted to the new situation if necessary. It is not permitted to change participants during the conference.

MODIFICATION OF THE PROGRAMME

If necessary, the organiser reserves the right to adapt the conference programme without prior notification to the participants. If one or more speaker(s) are absent from the conference, this absence does not entitle the participant to a refund as long as the conference takes place. In the event of cancellation of the entire conference for any reason whatsoever, the organiser undertakes to reimburse as soon as possible those participants who have already paid their participation fees.

DATA

I agree to my data being stored in the MEETINCS database for the purpose of the proper management of my registration and customer relationship management with MEETINCS.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Events organised by MEETINCS are public events, even if a participation fee is charged. In order to promote its activities, MEETINCS informs you that photographs and/or videos may be taken and may be disseminated in whole or in part on the MEETINCS website, on MEETINCS' Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram accounts, as well as in any other promotional publications of MEETINCS. All data collected in this way is processed in accordance with the GDPR, as specified in the MEETINCS privacy statement.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

The present general terms and conditions prevail over those of our customers in all circumstances. By registering for one of our conferences, the participant accepts our general terms and conditions in their entirety.

JURISDICTION

The competent court may be determined by MEETINCS if necessary.
